Does it blow as soon as the washer starts?
Does it blow always at the same place in the cycle?
Does it blow if you plug into a non GFI receptacle?
Could be the timer, if a contact set is starting to arc a little this could blow the GFI?
Could also be in a lot of other places?

Here is a link with a pretty good section on GFI's Under "Electrical Wiring Information & Problems" section

It blows on the first click on the timer when you turn it on and it blows on the last click of the fill cycle.

It doesn't go off if you plug it into a receptacle without a GFI. I already changed the GFI, new 20 amp.
