Hello, I've dug through your forums and have been unable to find a solution to my problem (I think). http://forums.partselect.com/washer-...mping-191.html

My Neptune MAH4000AWQ has started making a very loud thumping noise during spin cycle. It is violent, and I removed the back cover to witness the tub moving all around.

So far the only solution I think might be the Struts, but I wanted others opinion before I start to throw money at this. If all agree on struts what is the part number for the strut assembly for this unit.

Yes it could be one of the struts that is bad or it could be a crack in the base.

You will have to take the washer apart to see if the base is cracked.
