There is an occasional loud squeak during agitation. Upon viewing the action there seems to be some slippage with the transmission. I assume new brake pads are needed however the wear on the existing ones does not seem to significant. Could there be another problem. I just replace the drive belt and do not know if it was squeaking prior to the belt replacement as tenants were using the House.

If I do need new brake pads is or anything else I should do or replace at this time? I don't want to keep replacing a bunch of little things in succession what I can do them all at once.

You will have to determine where the squeak is coming from.

Take the front panel off and listen for the squeak.

Can you please verify your model number as I can't locate it in our database?
