 Loud banging during spin and wash cycles Brand: Amana Model Number: LWA50AL Age: 5 - 10 years
Loud rapid fire banging noise during spin cycle. Opened case, found belt to be shredded. Replaced belt, same loud banding sound. Tried maching on a wach cycle, wouldn't agitate, same banging sound. During spin cycle, loud banging, tub won't spin. Tried turning tub by hand, very difficult. Not sure if this is a coupler or transmission problem?! Please advise. |
