Which model is the right one? Wf- 5914spp or Wf-561spp

Can you hear the motor running in the wash cycle?

Hi THere

It is a Wf-561spp and I can hear the motor , but it seems to be straining a bit.

If I open the back and turn everything , it will work for 1 or 2 washes then back to not agitating.

It sounds like the motor may have a dead spot in it.

Check the wiring connection at the motor.
