Leaking washer(water)

Age:
1 - 4 years
please advise after pulling tub out i found 2 main rubber seals around agitator shaft. they seem to be worn some and washer was leaking water from outer bottom center of the drum. do i need new seals or what?

Yes if the seals are leaking you will need to replace them and the bearing.
