Question Lady kenmore drum bouncing
the Drum On my lady kenmore is bouncing how and can this be fixed?
I am having a small problem getting the back off is there an easy trick to get the clips off?

Check and see if the balancing spring are still attached.

Check and see if the base pad are worn.
