Model Number: 417
Age: 5 - 10 years
Our front load machine is making a loud rattle/grinding noise as it's draining between cycles. It sounds fine otherwise. Is it the pump?

There is likely something in the pump like change.

Remove the pump and clean it out and see if the noise goes away.

Can you please supply your model number?
