Unhappy Kenmore series 70, model 110 makes clunking noise?
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 110
Age: More than 10 years

Hi ALL!
My old Sears Kenmore (series 70, Model 110 (82870120)) is making this clunking noise. It works fine otherwise. It sounds like a nasty metalic clunk when it shifts cycle. Its hard to describe. Any thoghts? Ideas?

Many thanks , Ted

Default

It may be the clutch is getting bad.

It may be the gears in the transmission.

Here is a link to the parts of your washer model 11082870120.
