Default Kenmore motor problem?
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 417.41052000
Age: 5 - 10 years

My Kenmore front loader 417.41052000 was having problems continuing through it's cycles. I replaced the timer board. However, I now have to do light loads in order for the spinning to be consistent. Is this a problem with the motor or motor control board? Thanks in advance.

What does the washer do if the load is large?

Does it go off balance or does it just spin slow?

The washer doesn't spin and stays stuck in the cycle.

You will have to replace the speed control.

Here is a link to the parts of your washer model 417.41052000.

Is this the correct part, PS1524404? This is the part number on the PartSelect site.
