My girlfriends Kenmore Elite Calypso is Totally Dead, nothing will power up. She used it last week with no problems, and this morning it doesn't work. Yes, its plugged into a hot outlet.

She claims nothing will lite up on it, any help would be appreciated. Is there any fuses or reset buttons I should know about?

Has anyone came across this problem before?

Try plugging a lamp in where the washer is plugged in to make sure there is power at the outlet.

Check the connection on the control panel.

If the control panel will not light and the is power getting to it then the control will likely have to be replaced.
