 Kenmore 417.42142100 Frontloader Won't Agitate Brand: Kenmore Model Number: 417.42142100 Age: 5 - 10 years
My wash machine was doing fine until it started stopping mid-cycle. After we kept tryng it eventually it stopped agitating as well. Last week I had a repair man come to try to fix my washer and he said that the pump was clogged, he unclogged the pump but said that a fuse had gone out because the pump was clogged. He said I needed a new "sub-control". I thought this meant the control board so I got a new one but that did not fix the problem. So the machine still fills with water and when turned to the spin cycle will spin out and drain but there is no agitation in-between and the cycle will not advance on its own after filling with water. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |
