Brand new washer from lowes draining intermittantly. Had a service tech look at it and order a new pump. That did not solve it! He watched it drain 2 times and said he cant replace any parts when its working. I started a load and he left. Watched it from start to finish ( tech kept manually moving timer ) and guess what...wet clothes with suds. Seams that the pump is not running during the rinse and spin mode. Tomarrow i think i will be wheeling it back to lowes.

If the clothes are wet but the water is gone then it could be the lid switch that is faulty and the drum is not spinning.
