I dont know how to find the model number, it is a king size top loader by GE

The when on fast spin it sounds like its imbalanced. But it stays at that angle even when the tub is empty. I dont know how to lift the lid off of the machine to get inside. I really think it should be easy to fix since all the motors seem to be working, the water pump and drains are working.

Your tub assembly is held in place by four rods attached at the top of the frame in the four corners. These rods have shock like cylinders that fit into a bracket at the side bottom of the tub in four places.

An unbalanced load could have caused one of these shocks to pop out of their bracket or a bracket could be broken.
