Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 110.6703
Age: 1 - 4 years

does anyone know how to open the lid when the washer won't power up. Repair Tech could not come out for 2 weeks and washing machine is full of clothes and water and lid is locked.

Hi,

I was going to look up your washer, but the model number you listed is no good.
Maybe missing a few numbers on the end. Make sure you get the model number from the model/serial number on the washer and not the book.

Is this a front load washer?

I am unable to raise the lid to get the model number it is top load without the see through glass.
