Hi,

It's not spinning. No obvious problem with the cover switch (but it appears to be a magnetic switch, so I don't think there's anything obvious to see).

I figured I'd check for a broken belt, but it's not obvious how to remove the front panel. Does anyone know how?

To remove the front panel slide a putty knife in between the front panel and the top to release the clips.

If the washer will agitate the belt is not broken.

If you washer is less than one year old it is under warranty and should be serviced by an authorized servicer so you don't void your warranty.
