Default Hotpoint washer stoped up
Brand: Hotpoint
Model Number: not sure
Age: 5 - 10 years

can anyone tell me how to i open the washer if it is from the top or the underneath so i can get to the pump i dont see any screws from the back or the underneath please help soon . i washed some bathroom rugs and it ate the underneath and i know it has stoped up the pump but i dont know how to get to the pump thanks for any help you can give me

The front panel can be remove by releasing the spring clips that are locate about two inches in from the side.

Use a putty knife and push in while lifting up.

This will give you access to the pump.
