Agitater wiggles but dosn't agitate.

Take the agitator off and check the splined shaft that the agitator set down on.

If the groves are worn on the shaft you will need a new transmission.

An other check you can do is with the agitator off fill the washer with water on the low setting and see if the shaft is moving quickly.
