Age: More than 10 years
Hello,
I am looking for help to repair Whirlpool washer.
It has a problem with the agitator somewhere.
It fails to spin. Is there a common problem or an area to start diagnosis?
Possibly a part to replace all of agitator. It never released softner properly.
Can you help?

Is it only the top part of the agitator that is not moving or the whole thing?

Does the washer spin the clothes out at the end of the cycle?
