Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FWS235RFS6
Age: 5 - 10 years
its making a high squeel in the final spin.it continues when the top is open and the drive belt is not turning the tub is freewheeling.any help please

It is likely the tub bearing that is failing.

Remove the front panel and check to see if the washer is leaking around the transmission shaft.
