Default Hex nut or spline shaft removal
Brand: Amana
Model Number: LWA50AW
Age: 5 - 10 years

Dear Sheila,

Thanks very much for replying to my post. I have Amana LWA50AW washer. There is an external tooth washer above this nut, not below like on your drawing. It won't allow the nut to move upward all the way unless that top part of spline shaft comes out also. Can you explain please how this staff assembled together.
Thanks much in advance, George.

Is there any way that you can send me a picture of what you have?
