Default similar problem

Do you hear anything when it is supposed to start draining?

I had this problem last week on our similar GE washer. I heard a faint hum and the pump was not pumping. i thought perhaps there was blockage or something. I removed the front cover, which can be done by pushing quite hard on two spring latches at either side of the top of the front panel with a putty knife. At the bottom right, you will see the pump with two hoses and two wires attached. Do not touch while the machine has power. Listen when you have in drain/spin cycle. The link that someone else sent has this part listed, and it took me only ten minutes to replace, including new hose clamps.

you have to lower the drain hose to the floor to drain by gravity, and the spin will kick in once the water level reaches a low position. Unplug machine, remove wires, noting position of each color, use pliers to release clamps, and unscrew two bolts at bottom. Reverse process to install new. Recommend new clamps that are stainless.
