Hi,

There is a bolt under the top cover of the agitator that needs to be removed.

If you remove the fabric softner cup and there is a long plastic stem that sticks up then this type agitator has no bolt, If it does have a bolt then after removing the fabric cup you should plainly see it,

These can be alot of fun sometimes, After removing the bolt or not, just depending on the type get your fingers under it and give it a firm yank!!!!!!

It may take several , but it will come off!!!!
