Brand: Amana
Model Number: lwm423 or lwm353
Age: 5 - 10 years

i have grease entering into the washing machine from under agitator inside the tub i have the tub and the motor out of the housing but i dont know how to get to the white agitator insinde the tub and i dont know what part i need to fix it thank you for any help i can get

To remove the agitator lift up under two of the vanes and it should come off.

It does take some force.

The part that you will need to replace is the transmission.
