Age: More than 10 years

Hello There,
Let me start off by saying that I have never repaired a washing machine. But surley this can't be to hard. My machine will fill and agitate by will not spin in the wash or rinse cycle. Any help is greatly apperciated.

Is the water draining from the washer?

If the water is draining you may have a faulty lid switch.

The washer will not spin if the lid switch is not closing.

Can you please check your model number?

The model number should be on a tag with the serial number.
