Default Gentile Cycle Runs Like Regular Cycle?
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: s2000d0ww
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hello,
When we select the gentle cycle on our GE Washer it runs at the same speed as the regular cycle. The gentle cycle was rarely if ever used the first 2-3 years I've owned the washer (Was a bachelor....married earlier this year ), but I do know that right after purchase the gentle cycle did work. Other than this quirk, the washer works perfectly.

Is this potentially a problem in the selector/timer or something more sinister?

Thanks,
Kevin
