Default GE washer 2nd rinse very slow
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: wcse3100a1ww
Age: 5 - 10 years

quick history; machine was working fine until 3 weeks ago when we moved. first rinse/fill is fine, 2nd rinse is a trickle. i have already replaced the water vale(part #wh13x10024). problem still persists. all hoses and screens are clean, water pressure is fine. do i now need to replace the control assembly/circuit board?

If all the screen are clear is is likely the control that will need to be replaced.

There should be a little manual in the control panel that will tell you how to test the control.

Here is a link to your washer model wcse3100a1ww.
