Age: 1 - 4 years

Washer will not spin or agitate. Found one part number 370 broken (tub dampening strap), it is a flexible tube with plasic loops on the end that seem to hold the tub centered and possibly balanced. Will this keep washer from agitating or spinning. Will not pump out either, is that a result of no spin?

lots of clicking at spin cycle but no movement. Cannot turn tub by hand. Can hear motor running with ear against skin of washer.

Check under the washer and see if the belt fell off.

If the washer does not drain it will not spin.

The washer has a drain pump that has its own motor so even it the belt is off it should drain.

If the washer will not drain there may be something blocking the drain hole in the tub.

Remove the front panel and see which motor you are hearing.

To remove the front panel use a putty knife to release the two clip between the top and the front panel.

If one of the dampener straps broke it may have let the tub move enough to let the belt fall off.

Her is a link to your washer model s2100e1ww.
