Washer wont spin or drain on drain cycle. The water valves just buzz. The belt isnt broken and the motor isnt even trying to spin. The pump is separate from the motor and its not doing anything either. Any ideas? Possible timer?

You say the water valves just buzz, does the washer fill with water?

Does the agitator move in the wash section?

Have you checked the voltage at the wall plug?

Does it do the same thing on all the different cycle?
