I am getting error code E43 (sorry about the typo in the title) on the washer. It occurs during the final spin.
I can clear the code by unplugging for 10 seconds, plugging back in, then holding the 'Power' button for 5 seconds until "Jr" appears. Then I press 'Start' and "13" appears while the Start button is pressed.
Now I unplug for 10 seconds again and the error is clear.

Can you help me determine the problem and solution?

In the control panel of the washer there should be a list of failure code and instruction on how to reset your washer.

Code E43 is excessive drive brake time.

I found the secret decoder sheet in the control panel. I have
code 43 Excessive Brake time
and
code 64 excessive axial acceleration.
We are getting somewhere now. Is this enough to determine the repair?
