I have a front load washer that is giving me problems, we had a service tech out and he said it was the pump, so we ordered a pump from your company and put it in, however, when I start the machine it goes into the wash cycle and then when it is through washing it does not advance to the next cycle so I advance it by hand but when the load is finished the clothes are terribly wet. Can you give me an idea what to do next, we bought a new timer but it did the same thing so we sent it back, we are on a fixed income and don't have the money to buy another machine.
Thanks

After you replace the pump did the water drain from the washer?

Does the door lock when it comes to the spin cycle?

If you try a different cycle does it do the same thing?

Yes, most of the water drains, but it did that before we replaced the pump and the door closes tight and it does the same thing on all types of wash cycle

Does the door lock?

If the door does not lock the washer will not spin.

Can you give a little more detail to your problem?

Does the washer spin when it goes into the spin cycle?

as i said it starts to wash, then won't advance, i have to advance by hand for each cycle after the first wash, then when it is finished the clothes are still wet and it appears to spin very slow.
thanks

Hello, I am still having problems, we have just put in a new timer and water pump, but the washer still gets "stuck" in the wash cycle and will not advance unless I stop the maching and advance it manually, then it will continue to rinse cycle and do the same thing, then when it starts to spin on final spin it will not spin "fast" as it is set to do and when it is finished the clothes are still wet, can anyone help me figure out the problem.

It is likely the motor control board.

It is located in the back corner on the right hand side of the washer cabinet.

Here is a link to your washer model FWT647GHS0.
