Default Frigidaire Will Not Stop Filling.
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FWT645RHS0
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hello Folks,

I have a Frigidaire front load washer that gets stuck in the fill mode. What I mean is when it changes from wash to rinse the tub empties out and begins refilling with new water. Well, the pump to empty the tub does not shut off so it just keeps filling until someone comes and shuts it off.

My guess is the timer is bad but thought I would run it past you guys before I drop a hundred bucks on a new timer.

Thanks,

Mark
Akron, Ohio

It only does this in the regular mode. The other two modes cycle fine.

Thanks,
Mark

This would indicate a timer problem.
