I finished replacing the rear bearing assembly on my Frigidaire just a few days ago. Everything ran fine until last night, when the belt slipped off the pulley.

I can reattach the belt easily enough, but now how do I prevent it from slipping off again? It was pretty tough to get on in the first place, but I don't see what keeps the belt from walking back and forth on the pulley and eventually slipping.

To adjust the belt you move it in or out on the motor pulley.
