Model Number: LW7503W2
Age: More than 10 years

Washer frequently goes off balance, during spin cycle. Items seem to congregate on one side. I wonder if the balance springs could weaken over the years?

It could be the springs or it could be the snubber is not moving freely on the base.

Take the front of the washer and check the snubber area.

It should be clean.
