Default Fabric softner dispenser gets kiccked off
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 2381200
Age: 1 - 4 years

Please help...My fabric softener dispenser gets kicked to one side when I put softener in it. It's stays just fine if I leave it empty. I bought the machine used without a dispenser and I bought the dispenser from this site.

Can you please verify your model number as I can't locate it on our database?

Does the fabric softener dispenser you received look like this one?

Are you locking the green ring down?

Yes, that looks like the dispenser that I have. I am locking the green ring down securely. Something is making the dispenser tilt to one side when the machine goes into the rinse cycle and begins dispensing the fabric softener. This only happens when I fill the dispenser with softener. If I leave it empty, the dispenser stays put where it's supposed to.

You could try another dispenser.
