Default Errors F 11 & dL
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KHWS01PMT3
Age: 1 - 4 years

I'm getting intermittant errors F11 and FdL. F11 referes to an electrical problem, and when I get this error, there is no water fill. Is the error in the solenoids, the microcontroller......where? There is no mention of FdL in the owners manual.

I'm equipped to do most any work on the system, but what needs adjusting or replacing?

The F 11 code mean that communication between the central control and motor control cannot be sent correctly.

The FdL code is a door look error.

This will occur is the door cannot be locked.

It will try to lock six times before displaying the error code.

Check the door lock mechanism and door switch.

Here is a link to your washer model KHWS01PMT3.
