Question Electrical smell no longer washes
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 110.21066000
Age: 5 - 10 years

Hello,

We tried to wash a load of clothes and got a CF error then it shut itself off. We then smelled electrical hot smell.

Now the panel and options seem to work as they should, but water starts to fill in the first minute, then it just sits. No washing or rinsing or draining.

We aren't sure where to find the manufacturers number since it's a Kenmore. We have found the tag that shows model and serial number, but we can't find either of those on your site.

Suggestions?

Thank you,

Alexander

It sound like one of the control board has failed.

Open the control panel and check the boards.

Here is a link to the parts of your washer model 110.21066000.
