My washer agitates, fills nicely.

Drains but doesn't spin at all. Previously, it was intermittent on the spin cycle.

During the spin cycle, the motor turns, confirmed since it does drain and can be seen spinning.

Not sure where to find model number. I looked at a couple of labels on the back but neither has model information.

Any help would be appreciated.

It is possible that the lid switch is faulty.

The model number may be on a tag in the opening of the washer.
