Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: ghw9100lw0
Age: 1 - 4 years

cloths were not completly spun dry . sometimes washer stopped with 9 minutes remaining on display. during troubleshooting buzzing noise noted during spin but it did spin, is it the motor or the control unit that is bad, or sometime else?

If the washer is washing and spinning it is not the motor.

Where is the buzzing noise coming from?

Check the clean out to make sure that there is nothing blocking the drain.

If the washer stops with 9 minutes left on the display this would lead me to the control but I can't be sure.
