My Whirlpool Duet washer is a front loader. There hasn't been any problems until now. My husband washed Thursday, no problem. Today when I entered the laundry room I noticed the red light was on ( Control Locked ). I tried turning the breaker off and on, still on. Is there a reset button or is there another problemWasher won't start in any cycle.

If you look at the controls I think you will find two buttons marked with a lock icon.

Maybe even some instructions with it as to what buttons to hold for 3 second to unlock it.

It should also say in your owners manual or you could check out the Service Manual too.
