Question Continues to Fill
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: Elite (stacked w/d)
Age: 1 - 4 years

When first started, the tub begins to fill but never goes to the next phase, agitation. The water just continues to run. The water level is lower that the drain loop but the water just keeps going out.

So what you are saying is that the tub never fills so it won't agitate.

The water is coming in to the washer and running back out.

Make sure that the pipe that the drain hose goes into is as high as the top of the washer.

The pipe must be at least 36 inches high.
