Our Maytag Heavy Duty washing machine makes a terrible loud nocking sound when it is in the spin cycle. It is not spinning either when it is making this noise. We ordered a pump and a pump assembly belt from you because we first thought that was the the problem. Please help, can you tell us what the problem is and help us get our washer running? Thanks so much. Robert Shaw.

This sounds like a problem in your transmission.

Would be best if you call in a technician.
