Default Clothes still wet
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: mlg2000aww
Age: 5 - 10 years

this is a front loaded washer/dryer combo. the washing machine leaves my clothes wet and there is a puddle of water left in the machine after the wash cycle. after removing the door boot drain hose, water spills out of the hose. there does not appear to be any blockages in the hoses and seems to drain fine into the basement. Shoul i invest in a pump. thank you for help

If the pump is pumping the water out you should not need a pump.

Is the washer spinning at full speed at the end of the cycle?

Is the door locking?

Here is a link to your washer model mlg2000aww.
