Default Clothes still soaked at end of spin cycle
Brand: Other
Model Number: DEW3320
Age: 1 - 4 years

We have a Danby Designer washing machine. At the end of the spin cycle, the clothes still are drenched. It seems to be spinning but also seems to have a bit of delay to start the spin, yet the motor sounds like it is spinning. When I lift the lid after several minutes, it shows it has been spinning but it takes a few minutes to start the spin.

Can you help?

With the lid opened activate the lid switch to see if it is spinning.

You may be hearing the pump motor running and not the spin motor.

Is the water draining properly?

Is the tub spinning fast enough?
