i have a brand new WJSE4150B2WW washing machine during shipping to my country i assume something dislocated whenerver i'm washing it spin ok until it reach to the spin cycle where it sping faster to drain the water there is a loud noise clunk clunk clunk clunk the faster it spin the louder it get can anyone help me how to find the problem how do i open it or does anyone have similar problem what cause it, this has being happening from day 1 it doesn't matter how much shirt i put in it

Albert, I do believe you are speaking english, so I will respond ion english. If you look at the back of the washer, you will probably see shipping bolts, that you have to take out. Was the shipping bar remove when you installed the washer?

If it was not remove the tub will not be able to move to balance itself.

The shipping bar is number 377 on the breakdown.

i was not there when it was unpack i have use it about 5 times so from that i'm assuming the bolts and bar 377 is removed it was it's just when it'spinning fast it's making that loud noise how do i open it

To remove the front panel take a putty knife and slide it in between the front panel and the top of the washer about two inches from the side.
