PS Staff - Sheila Service Technician Master DIYer PS Staff - Sheila is offline Join Date: Apr 2007 Posts: 8,077	The locking mechanism may have broke when the door opened. Here is a link to your washer model GHW9100LQ1. Look at the exploded view called Section. This will show the parts of the lock.
