Hi, I took off the front cover of my washing machine and I found out where the leak is coming from but I can't reach it.. There isn't enough room for me to pull it away from the wall or get behind it .. Any suggestions.. thanks, Crush

In your case and sometime it's easier anyway to make sure there is not water in it and just lay it all the way over on the front. You may have to unplug it and disconnect the water hoses if they're not long enough.

Hi,

We are having a similar 'leaking' problem. But, we can't figure out just how to get the top off the machine.

After you remove the rear attaching screws/bracket, how do you remove the top from the front of the machine?

Many thanks,
fbfinney

I took a putty knife and put it underneath the corner lip's of the machine's top and took the palm of my hand and kind of tapped on both front ends and lifted it up.It took awhile to get it off. To take the front panel off.. down towards the bottom there are 2 screws and after unscrewing them you can lift the front up and out. I'm still waiting for my bro to show up to help me lay the darn thing down so I can get to the back panel
...grrr good luck with your leak.

I made a mistake in what I had just said before.. I had removed the screws under the lid after removing the front panel..You have to take the front panel off before you can lift the top off.. I hope that makes sense
