Model Number: RAL5144AW0
Age: 5 - 10 years

The cold water does not flow into washer on all settings Need to get to water inlet valve but I cannot get the top to release from cabinet.

The top does not release from the cabinet on this model.

The cabinet come away from the base.

The first thing you have to do is take the two Phillips screws out of the control panel.

They are located in the front lower corners of the panel.

Flip the control panel toward the back of the washer.

Now you will see two brassy looking clips. Number 6 on the top and cabinet breakdown.

Once you have these removed open the lid and grab the cabinet and tilt it toward you.

Pick the cabinet up and move it out of your way.

You now have access to the water valve and everything else.
