Model Number: WJSR1070A1WW
Age: 5 - 10 years

Can You Be My Hero? My Washer Is Not Draining Out The Water Or Spinning? All Other Cyles Of Wash Work But When You Get To Rinse, Nothing Drains, Agitator Works And Nothing Spins? It Is Making A Humm Like A Motor Is Running But That's All? What Could It Be? Is It Fixable? How Do I Know What Needs Repaired? It Is Full Of Water And My Kids Need Clothes Washed? Can You Help Me In Any Way?

It sound like the motor to the pump may have failed.

Take the drain hose out of the stand pipe.

With a bucket under the hose lower the hose to the floor and drain the washer.

Put the hose back in the stand pipe and try the washer in the spin cycle.

If the washer spins then you know it is the pump.
