This is the first time I have had any problems since I bought the unit. The first time it didn't agitate. We started it over and when it got to the agitate stage we could hear a funny noise and then began to smell rubber burning. I looked at the belts and they, at first glance, look fine. Any suggestions?

The only thing that would give the smell of rubber burning would be the belts.
